America at the Crossroads: Truth Comes Into the Light


December 8th, 2020.   Key American leaders were fighting critical legal and legislative battles on this day for truth and the rule of law to prevail in writing the history of the U.S. national election of November 3rd.  History may show these as the days when the incumbent President Trump began to fight back against the fraud and the attempted political takeover of America by the opposing party.  The supposed fiction of the massive fraud that occured during the November 2020 election in America was “falling apart at the seams” to use an old analogy, and truth began finding its way into the light.   There was revealed countless stories, testimonials and video evidence of hundreds upon hundreds of outright voter fraud and potential criminal actions that occured all across America, before- during- and after the November 3rd election. Yet still it did not matter in the short term.

The evidence was almost a fantastic story, practically too incredible to describe, and yet it was all out there, plainly available to see and understandif one would choose to look for it.  All across the mainstream media there were stories upon stroies of the fraud, coupled with the censorship by the mainstream media that appeared in full swing.  Most of the American populace were only hearing a little at a time about the extensive fraud that happened.  People did not hear about these events of fraud on the major cable or nightly news networks, or in the daily news reports in mainstream internet media companies.  Perhaps that will change eventually.

We live in America… this is a land where success historically comes to those taking personal action and personal responsibility.  We should not sit idly by like children being spoon-fed our daily dose of propaganda from the fake-news media.  We must embrace our national sovereignty, and embrace the personal responsibility we have as citizens in holding government accountable to the people.  That is what America is about… “We the People…”  and we must move forward with the premise that where corruption and fraud exists, only truth, light and justice shall prevail.

Every American should have a personal awareness for the major political events that happen in our nation.  Unfortunately that is rarely the case, and in recent years most Americans are simply not involved or aware enough to understand beyond what the major news media portrays.   Yet today, more than ever in recent history, we must encourage Americans to look beyond the daily news cycle and attempt to truly understand what has happened.  It really is not difficult… people can find the stories and testimonials about the fraud at many conservative and objective internet sites.  All of the fraud during the 2020 election was being shown as the evidence is compiled and slowly pushed through the legislatures and the court system in many different states.

Key Legal Challenges in the Courts:

The big news during the first week of December 2020 is that the State of Texas had filed suit with the U.S. Supreme Court against the key states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin for violating the U.S. Constitution.   This will be a battle over the effects of changing election procedures and dates without legislative action, as well as the concurrent fraud, and how the U.S. Constitution may have been violated by such actions.  Indications are that several other states will join in this lawsuit.

  • Update: 12/12/2020:  Last night on December 11th, the Supreme Court dismissed the Texas suit (that also brought 20 other U.S. states along) as not having standingor the constitutionally legal basis for filing against the other states to be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case.  Presumably it means that a majority of the Supreme Court Justices believed Texas had no legal right  (under the Constitution as a direct filing to the Supreme Court) to question the elections processes of other states. Two justices (Hon C. Thomas, and Hon S. Alito) dissented however, and would have allowed the filing.   This brings the question that many are asking:   If a U.S. State cannot gain standing in the Federal Supreme Court while representing its own citizens, then who does have legal standing when a State sues another State directly?    The legal scholars in America will debate this for years, and time will tell us soon enough what will happen.   As of today there are still 4-5 pending court cases in GA, WI, MI, AZ and possibly NV that may be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Rumor also indicates that additional court filings will occur soon.   If one of these cases is successful in reaching and presenting the opportunity for argument or opinion, we may finally have some answers.
  • Update: 12/9/2020: Within 24 hours of the State of Texas filing with the U.S. Supreme Court, the State of Missouri and 17 other states have joined in an Amicus brief to support the Texas filing.   As of today we have 19 U.S. States’ Attorneys General bringing this action to the highest court of law in the United States.  It will be incredible to watch and see which other states join in support or even opposition.  We live in interesting times.

President Trump’s legal team had filed a new, separate lawsuit against the State of Georgia during the first week of December.  Additionally, the State Supreme Courts of Arizona and Nevada have rejected Republican election challenges based on fraud, which will most likely be appealed.  There were also at least two court cases that have been forwarded for appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court; the first from Pennsylvania and the second from Georgia. If the Supreme Court accepts the cases, that will be a very significant development for President Trump.  There were many other separate but coincident cases moving through the courts, and several were hoped to reach the U.S. Supreme Court within a matter of days.

In a few key states such as Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia, court rulings had allowed limited forensic examination of vote tabulation computers.   Yet most of the lawsuits initiated by President Trump’s legal team, and others, had faced very strong challenges.  The problems they faced were that the judges made very limited rulings as if fraud did not make any difference to the outcome.  Perhaps some judges were also ruling in a partisan manner.   For the most part these rulings did not allow the evidence to be heard in the form of witness testimony and affidavits, with simple rulings that “there is not enough evidence” to consider widespread fraud.

In several courtrooms the judges were actually making rulings that stated, “The evidence of fraud is inadmissable and should be ignored, and so we rule that there is no fraud, because the evidence in insufficient.    Judges were also ruling that “… it is too late, and the suit should have come sooner…”  Those rulings were also hoped to make their way to higher courts, but most did not happen.  Many court cases have already been dismissed by judges at the state and higher levels, however ultimately the key cases attempted to push their way through the system to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to the court-room drama based on massive evidence of fraud, there was also hundreds of hours of live witness testimony in states like Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.  Those were the key states based on the electoral college votes for the Presidential election.  However several states such as Nevada, Virginia, and North Carolina also saw widespread fraud and was “in play” in terms of various election suits and contests at the state and national level.

There wasalso a clear understanding that these efforts were an enormous uphill battle for President Trump’s team of attorneys and the state legislators trying to bring truth and clarity to what transpired. It was believed that there was still enough time for President Trump to contest and to reverse any state election results that had been certified while legal challenges were pending.  These lawsuits were based on extreme fraud and could have reversed the election results at any time. Yet that was not to be in the end.

Fraud Continued to be Uncovered:

The descriptions of fraud were simply ovewhelming-  and in early December 2020, there was more evidence and testimonials through witness statements and videos of additional fraud being reported such as:

  • Election workers re-entering stacks of thousands of ballots not just once, but two and even three times over and over again.
  • Election workers using hidden USB ‘thumb’ drives and uploading data into computer tabulation machines discreetly, then “palming” or sneaking the USB drive back into their pockets.
  • Election workers directing poll watchers and “official staff” to leave the premises, only to later pull out bins of thousands of ballots from hidden locations to begin uploading them to the machines when no one else can see what they are doing.
  • Mathematical and forensic analysis of voting machine computers, proving a “bias” of vote ratios favoring the Democrat candidate over the Republican candidate by a 1.2 to 0.8 percentage for every vote tabulated.
  • Reports and witness statements that China printed and sent millions of fake printed ballots to the U.S. in various locations.
  • Reports that China influenced U.S. officials through propaganda and financial payoffs in many different places before America’s election.  Also that they manufactured the modems attached to the voting tabulation computers in many states, and may have had direct access to the voting computers.  Security risk anyone?

With the above in mind, Americans continued to see the “uncovering” of the 2020 U.S. Election fraud that had taken place in many states and cities across the nation.  It seemed very slow in terms of the daily news cycle, but in the context of decades of fraud, these short weeks after the election were a very short timeframe to understand what had happened.

The “Grand Plan” – Early December 2020: Where Does America Go From Here?

Many people have theorized that this is all going “according to a grand plan” by President Trump and many other patriotic Americans.  Is that really believable?   If so, then what type of plan?  It is difficult to consider that reality when it appeared to most Americans that the nation was stumbling along seeking an answer to the post-election crisis.

Yet America was now aware of the fraud… and the evidence appeared to show that a majority of Americans voted overwhelmingly to re-elect President Trump.  Can that be proved?  He steeled himself and his loyalists with the necessary resolve to uphold the U.S. Constitution, to fight back against such fraud, and to do everything possible to uncover and reveal the truth in courts of law and as a public record in American history.  Will that happen?  It remains to be seen.

Then what happens if President Trump wins re-election?   Perhaps the real story begins after the election, where those who have planned and committed such criminal fraud on the American people will be held to account for their actions.  Most Americans would never have realized it was this bad and this deeply, sickeningly ingrained into the fabric of the democratic process itself.   Revealing the total scale and amount of this “disease” is very, very important so that people will become educated and aware of how to stop and prevent it from happening in the future.  This must not happen again- and we must learn from the events that have take place in order to once again believe in free and fair elections, and to believe in the American government itself.  We are raising generations of children that must learn from these mistakes- there must be consequences to the criminal actions that have taken place.

We must restore democracy under the U.S. Constitution for every American to believe and know that their voice matters!

From the smallest election voting precinct in every city, and every little town, church, school and county building all across the wide expanse of America- our citizens must know and believe that their vote is a right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, and that it matters… that their vote will be counted… and that voting is indeed a sacred trust between government and the people.

The words above involve much to consider… are they mere words, and simple theories and speculation?   It certainly presents itself as an interesting story for those who enjoy conspiracy fiction.  Yet perhaps this was not conspiracy fiction at all- and the fraud did indeed occur on scale never before witnessed in America.  Whether the remedy to that fraud will unfold and America will find a way to secure election integrity is a question that will remain unaswered for now.  We pray that it will be answered in the future.




Coincident Challenges – The Pandemic and The Election:

Finally, there is another key aspect to the challenges we face in 2020.  That of course is the underlying global Covid-19 pandemic and the challenges of dealing with disease, lockdowns and many government restrictions taking place.  This actually presents other conspiracy theories, but we should consider the situation in a rational manner across the entire context of the election fraud combined with the ongoing pandemic.

When we look at these events together- the fraud and the pandemic – we begin to consider that the worldwide pandemic has been used politically as a method to force the citizens of many nations to be gripped with fear and “lockdown” paralysis.   At least in America it has appeared that way in many different states.

Certainly we do not state or believe that Covid-19 is a false or fake virus in any way, because we have witnessed the sad and debilitating sickness that so many people have faced in their families and communities.  The “China Virus” as some have called it, has affected countless thousands of lives in America, and millions across the world have perished fighting the effects of the disease.  This was an unecessary global disease event that spread quickly in ways we could not have forecast.  There are some who believe that the spread of the virus itself was a deliberate act, but that is a reach too far at this point without a great deal of further evidence.

At times people find a need to connect unrelated events together in order to alleviate fear, and they are unwilling to accept that some natural or man-induced events are simply part of their human experience.  History itself reveals the reality of our human frailty however, and epidemics and disease have time and again ravaged millions of lives across the world in generations past.

What is not “conspiracy theory” however is that during the 2020 election year in America, the Covid-19 pandemic became “weaponized” and used politically as a tool in several ways.  The fear of Covid-19 was used to keep people “locked down” and at home where possible, and it was also used to negatively influence the U.S. economy in 2020, fostering economic chaos as a seed of fear and dissatisfaction before the election even took place.

More importantly, the virus was used as a threat leading up to the 2020 election, where the fear of sickness provided a perfect backdrop for much of the “mail-in ballot” fraud that has taken place in the larger U.S. metropolitan areas.  So many millions of ballots were printed and distributed across America that election officials lost count.   Under the cover of the pandemic, many state and local governments were able to issue proclamations and decrees that changed, modified, delayed and ultimately enabled the attempted hiding of the ballot and voter fraud that has taken place.

Except… the fraud was conducted on such a massive scale, that the perpetrators have given themselves away through their sloppy and blatant efforts, and they were unable to sufficiently hide and cover the results of their behavior.  It is always thus eventually… crime and fraud will be found out, the truth is coming into the light, and we may uncover what happened more and more in the years ahead.

The U.S. Supreme Court was in Key Focus:

Ultimately, the fate and future of the United States of America should have rested in the hands of the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.

The threat to America as a nation in terms of fraud and the rule of law was very real, as is the threat to the U.S. Constitution and the court itself.  Many had believed the Supreme Court would recognize the risks and challenges to their own institutional viability.  We believe the Court was essentially left with two pathways:

    • If the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the evidence of fraud, they would allow America to fall to those who would fraud and corruption, in collaboration with foreign co-conspirators, and then the court will have at this time abandoned the U.S. Constitution and the rule off law.   The court itself could then face the risk of being “packed” with additional justices as partisans who would then seize judicial power for decades to come.


    • If the U.S. Supreme Court recognized the threats to America and the rule of law, they would move to restore justice and faith in the U.S. Constitution and the voices of millions of Americans who value free and fair elections. Their decisions could have ruled on the legality of the election in various states, and to support the challenges brought to their court.  How that would occur is the question, yet by so doing they would be strengthening the future of America itself.

In early December 2020, many believed that the fate of our America would rest in the collective judgement and decision of the men and women of the U.S. Supreme Court. They had  a choice to strengthen and dedicate this time in history as a way to restore faith and belief in our American form of representative government, as provided by the U.S. Constitution.  They chose instead not to act.  They chose instead not to participate in any way to help Americans work their way through the challenges of the 2020 election due to fraud.

Update: 12/21/2020:  The events, or rather lack of events, of the last fourteen days since this article was written have provided little evidence or indication that the U.S. Supreme Court will act – in any affirmative way – upon the legal suits that have been brought to them, or any other lower court of the United States.  Thus far they have indicated nothing – in that they are not choosing to act at all.   Combined with the lower courts, they appear in essence to be “staying out of the fight” – and leaving the election challenges and the concomitant evidence of fraud as issues for the states, the state legislatures, and the United States Congress to resolve. The U.S. Supreme court has essentially dismissed various causes, or delayed them until such time as these proceedings would be irrelevant.  There are a few, key legal suits that are yet pending and could be taken up by the Supreme Court, but this is looking doubtful based on the number of days remaining before electoral certification takes place on January 6th, 2021.
The closing resolution of the 2020 Election is most likely going to occur between now and January 6th, 2021 – either in part by some event that is not yet known, and/or coupled with the actual presenting of the electoral votes in the United States Senate on the day of January 6th, 2021.   Depending upon what has taken place in the weeks prior, or will take place on that day (and possibly some days afterwards)- there may be an historic challenge or “fight for the presidency” based upon the qualification, and/or disqualification of electoral votes that are presented to the Vice President of the United States.  That very day may devolve into joint sessions of Congress whereby voting will take place to accept or disqualify electoral votes, and ultimately resulting in a challenge and successful outcome for one party or the other.   Depending upon the results of that day, and the days afterwards, there will be an outcome for either the Republican or Democrat candidate as the President of the United States, leading to inauguration on the 20th of January, 2021.
These are historic times for the United States of America.
Final Thoughts – Understanding Our History:

We must continue to have faith and believe that truth and justice will prevail here in America.  It is our last, best hope for keeping faith with our fellow Americans, and for believing in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  We must be able to have confidence and faith in a fair and honest election system.  Our faith in America is written in the blood of our ancestors and forefathers.  It is written in the lives of our veterans, families and friends, and all those who have given something to their country and their communities.

There are many words in American history that could be shared to help understand the current challenges. Few however could frame the challenges we face as well as the words below.  While of course we do not face or advocate a physical civil war within the nation in any sense, we do indeed face a challenge of historic proportions in terms of the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution itself in the years ahead in America.  Millions of Americans today, and generations of our children in decades to come are changed by the results of the 2020 election.

The words below, and especially the last paragraph, were spoken over the remains of thousands of soldiers slain on the battlefield of Gettysburg over 157 years ago.  They are appropriate to America today in the sense that we must commit ourselves to the rule of law, and to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America on behalf of our children, and our children’s children long into our future.  We must in increase our dedication and devotion to each other- to uphold the rights of our fellow citizens, and to reach with our hearts to the best among us a citizens of this great nation.

“Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”

The Tide is Turning for America’s 2020 Election


As of January 7th, 2021, the title should read, “The Tide Has Turned for America’s 2020 Election.”

If you have been paying any attention at all, some have said that one day we might look back from the future and find that today, November 25th, 2020 is when the “Tide of the 2020 Election” began to turn in favor of the Republicans.  For some it appeared that day was the beginning of a sea change, with that tide now favoring the incumbent President’s chances.  Was that really possible?  No, it was not.   At least as of January 7th, 2021- it was no longer possible after the U.S. Senate accepted the Electoral Vote certifications for the Presidency of the Democrat party candidate.   But it was almost possible in the eight weeks since the November 2020 election simply because the evidence of fraud was being revealed on a much wider scale, piece by piece, and state by state, and making their way through the political and judicial systems.   The lawsuits were being filed, legislative hearings were beginning, and the evidence was increasingly being revealed by witnesses and “whistleblowers” coming forward.  Several “whistleblowers” who assisted in committing the fraud came forward to provide witness statements under oath.

Yet it still did not make a difference in the court system at the state or federal levels.   It absolutely made a difference to Americans in terms of understanding the truth of the election in 2020. Many believed at the time that the President and his attorneys had such overwhelming evidence, that it was simply a matter of time and going through the state and federal court systems.  Unfortunately, no matter what they presented, or how they presented it- the courts did not allow them to proceed and present any measure of the vast pages of evidence they possessed.  And of course it depended upon how effective they were in their arguments, and how the courts viewed the evidence.

Update 11//26/20:   On this date Atty Sidney Powell filed a two very significant civil action lawsuits in both Georgia and Michigan, alleging fraud and criminal behavior on a widespread scale.  These lawsuits include both allegations of “Dominion” computer-based fraud, and “ballot-box stuffing” by individuals, with statements and affidavits by witnesses.  Both of these lawsuits are levied against the State Governors, Secretary’s of State, and the other elected officials in charge of the state elections process.  Many believed that these lawsuits would be very difficult to “defend against” and could have, if successful, provided a precedence in basis for many other lawsuits going forward in other states.

It was interesting, especially to consider if the hearings and court cases gained a “footing” or traction in the media.  Many of those politicians and lobbyists who have quickly embraced the potential incoming Democrat administration were carefully watching the results.   Yet even though the President’s attorneys, and the state legislative hearings begin to reveal this fraud on a massive scale, the media and many of the politicians were speaking out louder and complaining that it’s not a real story.   The states below were contested during the election – yet there were no court cases that dismissed significant fraud presented, and none of the state legislatures acted definitively upon the fraud presented to them.

Just a few of the other events taking place are listed below:

  • In Wisconsin on 11/24, there was an emergency court petition filed based on potential fraud of up to 150,000 votes.
  • On 11/25 in Pennsylvania, there was state legislative live testimony (3 1/2 hours long- skip around to listen to witnesses, but the testimony is compelling).  The statements and testimony were provided by many citizens and poll workers, with signed affidavits of truthful statements, describing the fraudulent activity they witnessed.  It was truly incredible to watch.
  • Also on 11/25 in Pennsylvania, a judge issued an injunction to block or prevent the Certification of the Election by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State, pending further evidentiary review.
  • In Nevada on 11/25,  a judge has ruled in allowing a lawsuit to proceed with the presentation of evidence of fraud.  This is big news, because many judges have previously not allowed the evidence of fraud to be presented in court.
  • On 11/25 in the state of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has granted an emergency appeal for a lawsuit to review the validity of the election.  It appears the 11th Circuit may not believe they have jurisdiction to proceed further, however they will allow the appeal to be heard on jurisdiction before proceeding next week.

Some of the fraudulent acitivity that witnesses were describing include:

    • In Georgia, over 1,000 voters registered using a fake home address, disguising their PO box addresses at stores and retail sites instead of their legal home address. The data scientists don’t know yet if these are real voters committing fraud, or fake “made-up” voters.
    • In the six major contested states (PA, GA, AZ, NV, WI, MI) there were many thousands of people that received absentee or mail-in ballots who did not request those ballots.  Many of those people voted using those ballots, and yet those ballots were not counted. In some cases, someone voted using the names of these individuals.  This is unusual activity that needs to be investigated.
    • Many thousands of people voted in state elections that were not residents of those states, or had moved to a different state.  These voters names are on file with the state government and U.S. postal service for having changed their legal addressand yet many, many of these people voted in both or multiple states- and their names will be available for government review and prosecution at some point.
    • Pre-printed ballots in the thousands, stacked waiting in back rooms to be used as required to fraudulently be counted as votes.
    • “Baggies” of USB drives carried around, and multiple instances of “uploading” data to tabulation computers repeatedly by solitary poll workers, contrary to established procedure.
    • In Pennsylvania, over 570,000 votes, mostly for Biden, were uploaded to computer-based tabulation in a matter of hours, and only 3,400 of those votes were cited as for President Trump.
    • In one Georgia county, of the 900 military ballots/votes received, they were counted 100% for Biden, which is highly unusual.
    • Ballot sheets of actual votes for President Trump and Republican candidates being put into separate stacks and not tabulated or counted.
    • When someone voted, the printed tabulation of their vote was manipulated and did not show a vote for President Trump, but only the “down-ballot” candidates.  When asked why it did not show, they were falsely told it was for privacy reasons, and hence that vote was not counted.
    • Black “sharpie makers” were issued to many voters who were told that “it didn’t matter” and the machines would count them anyway.  It is being revealed that the machines would “flag” these ballots because of the “sharpie markers” and that precinct workers would then put those voted ballots sheets in a separate pile not to be counted later.
    • Abuse by democrat poll workers and judges, yelling obscenities and threatening the republican observers during election day.
    • Opposition party candidates were baselined with 35,000 computer-tabulated votes BEFORE the election even started.
    • Alleged evidence that multiple foreign nations were involved in, or interferred with, the U.S. election in some way. The degree of that involvement has not been cited specifically as yet.
    • Analysis indicates that the number of questionable, or contestable ballots in just three states (GA, PA, MI) exceed the margin of victory necessary for the President to win the 2020 election.

In any event, the past few days began to reveal even more fraud than was previously known.  The degree and type of fraud is incredible, and most Americans would never have believed it could happen on such a massive scale.   We have an expression in America from when television first began… “Stay tuned” and we will see what happens.  The next few weeks will be an historic unfolding of the American political system.

Up until Januar 6th, 2020, this was a true expression of the Constitutional democratic-republican government we have in our nation.  In addition to the legislative and judicial bodies found in every single U.S. state, the federal system will became involved as a vast struggle between the three pillars of our federal system… the Executive Branch (the President and Cabinet), the Legislative Branch (Congress with the Senate and House of Representatives), and the Judicial Branch (with the U.S. Supreme Court and lower Federal Court system).

This was perhaps one of the biggest political and civil crisis events in over 160 years, since the U.S. Civil War.   It ended however, with the January 5th Georgia runoff election victories by the Democrat candidates for the Senate, and after the January 7th Electoral Vote certification just hours after the Capitol protests, when the Democrat party won the Presidency.



America’s 2020 Election Finale: Truth and Consequences


In 1788 in The Federalist Papers No. 61[1], Alexander Hamilton discussed the merits of a uniform date for holding elections and cited the risks of an “improper spirit” in affecting the elections of neighboring states. Even more prophetic he considered just how that “improper spirit” might manifest itself in subsequent generations of people and elections:

“I allude to the circumstance of uniformity in the time of elections for the Federal House of Representatives. It is more than possible, that this uniformity may be found by experience to be of great importance to the public welfare; both as a security against the perpetuation of the same spirit in the body; and as a cure for the diseases of faction. If each State may choose its own time of election, it is possible there may be at least as many different periods as there are months in the year.

The times of election in the several States as they are now established for local purposes, vary between extremes as wide as March and November. The consequence of this diversity would be, that there could never happen a total dissolution or renovation of the body at one time. If an improper spirit of any kind should happen to prevail in it, that spirit would be apt to infuse itself into the new members as they come forward in succession. The mass would be likely to remain nearly the same; assimilating constantly to itself its gradual accretions. There is a contagion in example which few men have sufficient force of mind to resist.” 

What if your paradigm or perceptual frame of reference for what you believe is true after November 3rd, 2020 is not really true?

What if you learned that almost everything about the national U.S. election that you are seeing and hearing on television, and reading on the internet, and in magazines and newspapers from the major U.S. news media is false, and based on half-truths or propaganda?  Or just a cover for the real story, and that the truth is almost too unbelievable to accept?

What if you learned that the only reason the President won the previous election, was because his opposition underestimated the actual support that he had, and he won that election and became President despite all the planning and effort by these organizations to manipulate the election results?

What if you learned that the President actually won the 2020 election with a majority of votes by Americans that were so overwhelmingly enormous, that multiple states had to stop all the counting on election night… to stop everything because they panicked and realized they didn’t plan enough, and that President Trump was going to overwhelm their planned fraud, so they stopped everything in order to get more votes in any way they could, and committed even more fraud after election day?

What if you learned that in addition to vote manipulation, in the middle of the night after the election, there were software updates and hundreds of thousands of fake ballots, and pre-printed mail-in ballots thrown into precinct counting rooms to be fed into voting machines and counted for only one candidate?  And that hundreds of thousands of ballots from the other candidate were simply shredded, thrown out, disposed of and otherwise not counted in those same precinct rooms?  What if there were witnesses to this fraud?

Those are a lot of “What ifs…” to consider.   But what if they are all true?

Or… what if the President does not succeed with these challenges, and is not re-elected?… and yet what if all of the fraud and election manipulation was true, and actually did happen?


Alexander Hamilton’s words, written 232 years ago, can also be considered in view of the present elections situation in the United States today. Reading further in Federalist No. 61, Hamilton’s concerns for an improper spirit are as relevant today as they were generations ago.

The year 2020 and the eight weeks after the November election in America have been historic in many ways.

Many people were forced to choose, and will continue to make a choice for where they stand in America. Elected officials in local, state, and federal governments, and the unelected, appointed and volunteer workers in counties all across America will face a choice.  Judges in state and federal courts… civil and criminal courts… and even attorneys and law enforcement officials have faced a choice. This will be a choice of action and a choice of intention.

The choice of action will be for the many elected, appointed and legal and law enforcement officials to fulfill their oaths to the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the United States of America. 

And then it will become a choice for all of us as American citizens.  A choice of intention… a decision… where will we stand for the future of America?

We will either see that Americans rise to challenge and deter the improper spirit of those who would cheat and steal the soul of the nation from their fellow citizens… Or we will watch as tyranny and corruption begin to emerge from the shadows.

“Fraud affects every American.  Fraud is an evil, hidden malady- a disease that poisons the very life-blood of Liberty that sustains the United States of America.”

Yet no matter the form or shape of corruption and fraud, the truth will remain, to be viewed in plain sight for those who choose to see.

Truth brings light to many, many things… not least the hidden disease of fraud.  It’s not difficult to find the truth, but we must be willing to do so.

We will all have a choice.  Regardless of the outcome of the election… Where will you stand?

We will stand with the heritage of this free republic, and the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.  We will stand with the lives of our ancestors and all those who have walked and fought for truth and liberty throughout this great land of the United States of America.  We will stand with our fellow citizens, affirming our right to vote, and to have our legal vote counted.

We will stand with America.   We ask you to stand for America too.   Stand with your fellow citizens and affirm your rights to truth, justice and liberty as Americans!


Voting is a Sacred Trust in America

Nov 14, 2020.  The people of America have found themselves in a political crisis of historic proportions with an election outcome that shall change everything moving forward.  Because of the results of the 2020 election, America has changed. Many people no longer believe we have fairness in our government elections.  Voting in America is different now, and whether or not our fellow citizens will ever trust in our elections in the future is doubtful without some type of change in the accounting process to ensure legal voting.

Since the 2020 election there was much abject frustration among Americans from all walks of life.  The reason was simple:  We Americans have very strong feelings about honesty and a fair opportunity in life.  In the past we have generally tended to trust our elected officials, and those who volunteer to handle ballots and elections.

After the election day of November 3rd, 2020 however, many people felt that their trust has been shattered to pieces, and many Americans felt outrage, anger and disbelief.  They watched as partisans ran unchecked with fraud, trampling over the very institutions that guard and establish our civil liberties through our right to vote.   

Even the post-election recounts that took place showed few voter verification measures in place to detect fraud.  What is a recount if registration or ballot legitimacy is not reviewed and it just becomes a recounting of potential fraud?  The mail-in vote nationwide of 2020 was also a “free-for-all” in many states, with little ability to prevent fraud.

This promoted a disillusionment of the voters that would shake people to the core of their beliefs.  Faith in elected government was broken by the evidence that people have begun to see- and the stark unwillingness to have an honest and accurate accounting of legitimate votes.  Our confidence is also lost in public and private institutions as well, and any consideration for legitimate journalism has faded quickly with obviously partisan reports from the national media.  At times like these, people feel powerless to do anything, where to turn, who to talk to, and are not sure what to do next.  Many people have felt that way, especially over the reports of blatant fraud, and the incessant media narratives that continued since election day.

But the people are not powerless.  Have you not considered how important this is?!  That the power of your vote is arguably the most sacred right that you have in the United States of America- in fact in any nation on this earth.  The power of your vote is your single, absolute right to use your voice in a formal process for stating your intentions for the future of your nation and local community.  Your voice is your freedom in every way imaginable, from speaking within your neighborhood, schools and local communities, to the cities and states of this great nation.  Your voice matters!  Your voice is everything!   And we must not give up… we must not lose faith.  In the weeks, months and years ahead of us, we must work together to bring back integrity in our elections.

Voting as a Sacred Compact of Constitutionally Protected Rights

The right to cast your voteone vote, as a person, and a legal citizen of this nation within your state of residence, and then to have it counted correctly is a sacred compact between you and the United States of America. Your voice and your vote affirms every other right that you have as a legal citizen.

Our nation’s founding gave us the birthright as citizens to have the freedom of our voices to speak loudly before, during and after elections and thereby to thrust ourselves into the very fabric of governance.   

All of our rights and civil liberties areprotected by the constitution and made manifest by the voices and the lifeblood of our citizens past and present.

In the 1972 ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court in Dunn v. Blumstein [2] Dunn v. Blumstein, 405 U.S. 330 (1972) , Justice Marshall wrote that,

“In decision after decision, this Court has made clear that a citizen has a constitutionally protected right to participate in elections on an equal basis with other citizens in the jurisdiction.”

Consider for a moment just how fraud may affect the rights of citizens who cast a legal vote.  If fraud is present, then some citizens are no longer participating on an equal basis, and directly or indirectly, their rights have been violated by those who have committed fraud.  In fact, each U.S. State has an obligation under the14th Amendment and the Civil Rights and Voting Rights Acts to ensure equal protection under the law, and are prohibited from restricting the rights of voters.  Diminishing the legal votes of citizens in any way would appear to be a clear violation of those civil rights, and the 14th Amendment.

The U.S. Constitution secures the basis for all other rights and liberties as citizens, and long-held precedence and opinion by the highest courts of law continue to affirm the right to vote and for our votes to be counted and not diminished.

The U.S. Supreme Court time and again has upheld these voting rights in many rulings, including the words of Chief Justice Warren in Reynolds v. Sims [3]Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533 (1964) :

“Undeniably, the Constitution of the United States protects the right of all qualified citizens to vote, in state as well as in federal, elections. A consistent line of decisions by this Court in cases involving attempts to deny or restrict the right of suffrage has made this indelibly clear. It has been repeatedly recognized that all qualified voters have a constitutionally protected right to vote, [4]Ex parte Yarbrough, 110 U. S. 651 and to have their votes counted. [5]United States v. Mosley, 238 U. S. 383 (1915). In Mosley, the Court stated that it is “as equally unquestionable that the right to have one’s vote counted is as open to protection . . . as the right to put a ballot in a box.” [6] United States v. As the Court stated in Classic, [10]United States v. Classic, 313 U.S. 299 (1941)   “Obviously included within the right to choose, secured by the Constitution, is the right of qualified voters within a state to cast their ballots and have them counted. . . .”    And history has seen a continuing expansion of the scope of the right of suffrage in this country. The right to vote freely for the candidate of one’s choice is of the essence of a democratic society, and any restrictions on that right strike at the heart of representative government. And the right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.

That right to vote freely is our compact with our country, as enumerated by our constitution.  Any fraud that has occured has restricted our fundamental rights and our vote, because fraud itself does “strike at the heart of representative government.”

How can America ever stand as a nation of free peoples if we allow the alleged deceit and fraud from a handful of cities to determine the outcome of our national elections?

No matter our origin, immigrant or native, born as citizen or naturalized… Americans built this nation over decades of blood, sweat and toil.  Many millions of these citizens voted to continue the present political form of government.  These millions could never consider giving up our American heritage to those who would cheat, lie and steal the soul of the nation from their fellow citizens all in the name of power and greed.   Certainly, at the least- the real and perceived integrity of the U.S. election system in various states has been ripped apart by this fraud, deceit and misbehavior.

The tension that many individuals share now in 2021 arises from seldom-experienced events that profoundly shape our lives. Think of your own life and you might remember a few big events that changed everything.  Some were fantastically provident leading to change and success in new aspects of your life.  And other events seemed that they might destroy you in ways you never imagined.  That’s how it is for milions of Americans today.  The widespread deceit beginning in 2020, and the false narratives portrayed in the media are so egregious and blatantly obvious that it has shaken the national consciousness and is now becoming personal.

Many believe that voter fraud, and deceit through political partisanship, is an attack on what America stands for, and it became personal to the people in ways never imagined in recent history.

Alexander Hamilton in 1784 discussed the imperative of our right to vote and the heritage we share with the framers of the Constitution:

“A share in the sovereignty of the state, which is exercised by the citizens at large, in voting at elections is one of the most important rights of the subject, and in a republic ought to stand foremost in the estimation of the law. It is that right, by which we exist a free people; and it certainly therefore will never be admitted, that less ceremony ought to be used in divesting any citizen of that right, than in depriving him of his property. Such a doctrine would ill suit the principles of the revolution, which taught the inhabitants of this country to risk their lives and fortunes in asserting their liberty; or in other words, their right to a share in the government. That portion of the soverignty, to which each individual is entitled, can never be too highly prized. It is that for which we have fought and bled; and we should cautiously guard against any precedents, however they may be immediately directed against those we hate, which may in their consequences render our title to this great privilege, precarious.”[11]Alexander Hamilton, Second Letter from Phocion, New York, April, 1784

Our constitution as written protects our rights, and allows us a framework of civil liberties that are not found anywhere else in the world.  This framework acts as a foundation for those civil liberties, and every citizen thereby has a voice that we use in many ways, especially through voting.  They are precious and sacred liberties that provide for active participation in every way in the direction of our nation.   When people feel that someone is taking those liberties- that freedom- away from them, it becomes a threat to the ability to live free as Americans citizens.

How often in our nation’s history have there been such polarizing events that awaken the national consciousness in quite this manner?  After the 2020 election… it now just seems different.  More than politics alone, people were shocked by the abject fraud and deceit and the media mania that persisted in promoting untruths, or at a minimum in covering up what occurred.  The events before and after the election on November 3rd, 2020 awakened Americans in a new and perhaps profound way.   Instead of succumbing to the despair and resignation that comes from inaction and disappointment,  people began to understand that the individual voter has the power to join a collective tide of action with millions of other Americans in promoting change.   The heritage of the nation was at stake as millions of supporters of the incumbent President stood beside him, and declared their absolute right to a fair election.

America – and every U.S. State – deserves to know and to verify the legal votes of any election, and to discern fraud apart from the honest intent of real U.S. citizens.

Americans collectively spoke with incredible force of intention during 2020- for both political parties. However, there has not been a correct accounting of the alleged fraud, and most of the evidence was simply dismissed.  Does anyone agree that these millions of Americans should simply abandon their beliefs, stand aside and watch their country be changed in the years ahead?  No. Not like this.  In 2020, President Trump was not successful with his campaign to win re-election.  Or at least he was not successful in making sure that a fair election occurred, and he thereby lost the election.  Yet somehow this has changed America, and there will be a changed electorate in ways we have yet to imagine.

Few believe that the new administration received more votes in 2020 than any previous President or candidate in American history.  The elected gains of new people elected into the House of Representatives by the Republicans across the nation were very strong, with a net gain of more than 9 seats in the House, with no losses.  It was an incredible achievement, in large measure due to the voices of the American people.

Right or wrong, there are millions of people who believe that fraud occurred in the 2020 election through the selfish acts of those who would violate every trust given to them.  That is why people were so upset and disillusioned.  Americans know the difference between being clever or cunning, and outright cheating and fraud.  Perhaps the cheating and fraud has been going on for longer than many believed possible… for many, many years in various localities, but never in such a widespread and coordinated manner as believed in 2020, and that is precisely what is so shocking and disturbing.

Americans believe strongly in the “level playing field”…  Think of the many famous stories out of sports and the prospect of how we handle cheating, gambling, drug use etc.   In baseball they even have “lifetime bans” for those who would cheat and/or try to prosper by taking advantage in the game.   Why do we have referees, umpires and judges in sports?   To make sure the game is fairly played, and if there is a foul or violation of the rules, the referee will intervene.  There is a remedy to the foul, whether as a replay, penalty or score adjustment.

Americans believe everyone should have a fair chance at success.  We believe in following rules and laws that support an honest accounting of results.   If we lose in a game of sports that was fairly played- so be it.  If we lose in a fair contest, we tip our hats and get back to work, planning for next time. But guess what?  Americans know the difference between honesty and cheating.

Americans believed they were being forced to give up and to cede an election to those who would violate state and federal law simply to gain advantage.  How can any elected official allow cheating and dishonest accounting on a scale so large as a national election across America?   Millions of people will never accept that behavior as part of the reality of the American experience.

Fraud affects every American.  Fraud is an evil, hidden malady- a disease that poisons the very life-blood of Liberty that sustains the United States of America.

During the elections process, instead of referrees and umpires, we have poll watchers and representatives from each political party present as observers and election judges during our elections.  Except where one political party prevents and blocks those poll watchers and representatives from observation or participation as required by law.   When that happens- it is a clear violation of law.  The remedy should be local law enforcement and then the court system to immediately correct the situation.  During the 2020 election however, some cities actually refused to follow the law, and even refused to follow legal court orders issued to grant access to poll observers.

Many people believe they watched the staggering amount of fraud that occured in many U.S. states and cities across the nation during election week of 2020.  Why is this so shameful?  Because these acts of fraud cancel and diminish the voices and votes of millions of Americans- and their voices have been silenced and stolen by that fraud.  Those votes were discounted and diluted.  Those votes were thrown out, canceled, destroyed and simply not fully counted due to various forms of corruption.  You may think your vote was counted, but that is not correct.

Every act or comittment of fraud or deceit through false registration or illegal voting, duplicate tabulation, manipulation by computer, or discarded or changed ballots… every act of fraud serves to diminish and cancel the effect of legitimate votes in a tangible way.  Every fraudulent vote cancels a legitimate vote by a U.S. citizen.   Every fraudulent vote by a non-resident of a state, or a non-citizen of the U.S. cancels the legitimate vote of real U.S. citizens and residents.  Every fraudulent vote that was “electronically transferred” by “glitches” and computer software acts to cancel every real legitimate vote by a real person.

That is precisely why America needs election integrity and legal voting audits in every city, county and state- especially as part of the voting process, and for recounts, and both forensic and computer verification for all elections moving foward.  America needs new voter verification laws now- real, trusted, ID-based verification systems that prevent fraud from the inception of voter registration through actual ballot submission and the counting of individual votes.

Locally we must all stand up and make our voices heard, and promote election integrity from the ground up.  There are volunteer opportunities in many locations, and through local government or political campaign officials.  Beyond personal participation, their are rallys and gatherings to promote change and we must educate and share what we know with others.  And for many of us, we can write and speak aloud our thoughts and continue to share knowledge.  We stand up for America in the best way we know how…. in any way we can try, and in the choices we embrace personally, both now and for the future.  Election integrity will be a critical and essential issue to the continued strength of the nation itself.

From a very personal standpoint, we must grasp the knowledge that every legal voice and every legal vote is indeed that important, and embrace our frustration in a more determined manner.  What we believe and what we are determined to change can begin to strengthen each individual within. People must begin to understand the Constitution, and the rule of law in America.  People must recognize where they see truth and realize that they do have the power to stand up for each other and our country in a peaceful yet forceful manner.  Americans must not accept the injustice of courruption and fraud. We embrace the strength within to engergize and charge our attention in a way that brings constructive determination.

With that newfound sense of determination we move forward day-by-day.  We can only wonder personally how anyone can sanction or accept such violations of the public trust, and perhaps we think,  “How dare anyone commit such acts that should take our voice and our vote away!”   We can be energized as a call to action.   We can begin anew to channel that energy into something more powerful.  That frustration, that indignation… that seething tension that has become stirred within by the actions of corrupt individuals and false trumpets… all of that is seen and yet released to foster a new energy and focus that brings resolve to the challenges ahead for the future of America.  And there will be challenges.

Millions of American voices spoke loudly for their incumbent President through their individual vote, and it set a new voting record for a U.S. President holding office.  The voting turn-out for the President was so large that few politicians or news media anticipated just how much enthusiasm and energy his supporters shared. No amount of false trumpeting from the media changed the truth that these Americans believed that their President won the 2020 U.S. election.     And yet it was not enough to overcome millions of other votes that has now changed the future of America in 2021 and beyond.

For the sake of these United States and faith in our future elections, we must believe that change will occur in the future, to strengthen election integrity in America.   Many believed, hoped and prayed that the 2020 election challenges through the courts, the recounts and the audits would lead to different results, and that the U.S. Supreme Court would agree to “hear” the various cases that were relevant.  That did not happen however. The court cases were mostly irrelevant, and state legislative pre-eminence was not joined by the politicians to effect any change in outcome.  Even with the disappointment and challenges lost, Americans must believe and hold continued faith that truth and justice shall indeed win the day in the future- and that we can strengthen our elections process at the local and state level, and work for change in the years ahead. This is the way forward- to work towards what is truth, and leave behind what is false.

America will not long stand if we accept the evils of fraud and deceit in government at any level.   Elections are run by state and local government officials and volunteers who are charged with taking great care of every American’s highest intention in the form of their vote.  Thankfully the very great majority of these men and women are hardworking, honest citizens who work tirelessly to support their state elections systems.  Their roles are critical because fraud from any corner of the nation undermines all of the rest.

If we allow fraud in any of our future elections, then every legitimate ballot that is cancelled by fraud or fake ballots, thrown away, shredded and otherwise modified or destroyed by trustless partisans will change elections from a fair and legitimate outcome to a compromised and false pretense of validity.

The people of America deserve integrity in our elections.  We must work to foster change and improve what is the hightest form of our voices through our vote. 

America deserves nothing less than the truth.

Verify the Legal Votes

Election Integrity is an essential component of Democracy and a free America.   Any act or comittment of fraud or deceit during the elections process through false registration or illegal voting, duplicate tabulation, manipulation by computer, or discarded or changed ballots… every act of fraud serves to diminish and cancel the effect of legitimate votes of U.S. citizens in a tangible way.  Every fraudulent vote cancels a legitimate vote by a citizen of any nation hosting elections.   Every fraudulent vote by a non-resident of a state, or a non-citizen of the U.S. cancels the legitimate vote of real U.S. citizens and residents.  Every fraudulent or fake vote acts to cancel the real legitimate votes by real people.

The citizens of America have the absolute right to a legal accounting of voting in every precinct room, county elections office and state legislature across the nation.  The government should pursue a rigorous elections integrity process to ensure fair elections for citizens of every political party.

In the United States, unfortunately, there are many different laws in each State that define HOW voting occurs.  There is no single, verifiable standard for voting accuracy.  That needs to change.

Moving forward, there needs to be a standard, unified FEDERAL statute or basis for Voter Verification.  Until that time, we will continue to see widespread incentives for fraud in our elections.

One Vote! One Person!

One Voice… One Vote.  That is the measure of a true democratic republic. In the United States of America in the year 2020, voting fraud became a very real issue in many states and local election precincts. The people of this great nation have finally witnessed voting fraud on a scale so large that the results of the U.S. Presidential Election were contested in several states.  The election results were challenged with law suits and court rulings in both State and Federal Courts of Law, and the U.S. Supreme Court.   None of the election challenges were successful, and the evidence of fraud- along with hundreds of witness statements and testamonials, were not considered in the courts of law.  The election is over, and the certification of the Electoral Votes has occurred in the U.S. Senate.  On January 20th, 2021, a new administration will be inaugurated, and a new chapter will begin in America.
Voter Fraud however, is still a very real issue in many States and local election precincts.
The only path forward in future elections is to Verify the Legal Votes with some form of identification and assurance of election integrity.
Voter fraud was shown to have occurred on a very widespread basis in multiple cities and localities.  The news media and some politicians argued that “voter fraud” is rare, and not common and that there was no evidence. The evidence that was shown however, proved those beliefs untrue.
  • There were reports of ballot “factories” with rooms full of people who are paid to fill out and seal fake ballots.
  • There were reports of Chinese shipments of State Driver’s Licenses virtually indistinguishable from Real-ID U.S. licenses.  Allegedly these Chinese licenses were sent to various localities to be used as fake voter-ID to “register” and then “vote” as residents of those localities.
  • There were reports of people dragging large bags and suitcases into  precincts in the middle of the night, where magically, huge numbers of new votes for one candidate would appear.
  • There were reports of thousands of “deceased” voters actually registered fraudulently by someone, and having voted in the 2020 election.
  • There were reports of computerized vote tabulation software “glitches” that have sent “thousands” of votes from one party to the opposing party candidates.
  • There were reports of computerized analysis using complex algorithms to “quantify” the percentage of votes that the opposing parties need to stay ahead and “win” in various elections.
  • There were reports of buses transporting locals in cities- after the election – to fill out “new” ballots, and correct “ballot inaccuracies” to “cure” and make the ballot a counted vote.
  • There were reports of U.S. Postal workers and partisan operatives allegedly “stamping” and post-marking late ballots as “received” by Election day.
  • There were reports of poll-watchers being thrown out, locked out and prevented from observing the counting of ballots in partisan precincts, with the poll-workers cheering when the the other party’s poll watchers were not allowed to observe.
  • There were reports of vehicles unloading large numbers of ballots in partisan precincts in the middle of the night when few are there to observe them.
  • There were unsubstantiated reports of people forcing elderly nursing home patients to vote by withholding food and other necessities.
  • There were reports of lengthy ballot counting delays, and subsequent increases in the numbers of votes remaining to be counted days after the election.
  • There were reports of non-citizens voting, and non-residents voting in different states across the nation.
  • There were reports that even with a Court Order authorizing access to precincts for observation of ballot counting, that the ballot watchers from one party were denied access to observe the counting of ballots.

All of this was major election voting fraud, and happened in multiple U.S. states across the nation.  The question’s include:  What can be done to prevent this?   How can this be stopped or corrected?  How can we ensure that voting is fair and accurate in the future?  How can the American people know that their voices- and their votes- will be heard?  How do we guarantee election integrity throughout the nation?

The answer should be simple:  We VERIFY the LEGAL VOTES.

To Prevent Voter Fraud, and Ensure Your Vote Counts, consider the following actions:

1. BE SURE you are REGISTERED to vote. If you recently MOVED: – RE-REGISTER to vote at your NEW ADDRESS. – CANCEL your OLD VOTER REGISTRATION at OLD address. – Pay attention to Registration Deadlines.

2. VOTE IN PERSON: Find out WHERE to vote, and vote IN PERSON at your Polling place. – Or Vote early- in person- if your State allows. – Take VALID Identification to ensure your RIGHT to Vote. – Vote regardless of media reports. Don’t believe early polls or media reports- Vote anyway. Your Vote matters!  

NOTE: *** DO NOT LET POLL WORKERS HANDLE YOUR BALLOT AFTER VOTING *** There are reports of Poll Workers stating the Ballot machine tabulators are “not working” and they “will take care of it for you later.”  While that may be true – try to wait for the machines to work again.   CALL THE ELECTIONS OFFICE-  TELL THEM YOU WILL WAIT.  The machines WILL start working again- this could be a temporary malfunction, or it could be a tactic for fraud.  But if you GIVE YOUR BALLOT to someone- or a poll worker- they could modify, change or destroy your ballot.  Whether intentional or not- it is better to PUT YOUR BALLOT INTO THE MACHINE YOURSELF.  ** (Provisional Ballots may require the Poll Worker to receive the ballot for later verification- and you may not be allowed to put a Provisional Ballot into the machine).

3. DO NOT VOTE BY MAIL unless absolutely necessary.

4. IF YOU ARE voting ABSENTEE and/or by mail: – REGISTER for ABSENTEE Ballot. – Fill out Ballot completely – SIGN the ballot with your OWN PERSONAL signature. (Some States require having Ballot notarized). – Place the ‘secrecy’ envelope inside the Ballot if your State uses one. SEAL your Ballot and TAPE OVER the envelope closures. – Take your Absentee Ballot to drop off at the County elections office for submission (Pay attention to return/mailing deadlines!).  If there is time, check your voter registration and status before the election to ensure someone did not request a ballot in your name.


6. IF VOTING Absentee by mail- VOTE YOUR BALLOT PERSONALLY at the Elections Office, or at the Post Office to ensure Postmark date. Pay attention to Mailing Deadlines to ensure Ballot arrives in time. – Use the Official Post Office Lobby to prevent FRAUD. – Avoid using mailboxes/drop boxes if possible.

7. Vote in YOUR LEGAL NAME ONLY. It is ILLEGAL to vote using someone else’s NAME, or in a FALSE name.

8. If you GIVE YOUR CONSENT for someone to handle your Ballot- You RISK LOSING your Ballot and your vote. – Make sure you TRUST the person or relative.

9. DO NOT ACCEPT money for your vote! That is a CRIME.

10. DO NOT GIVE up your Ballot to “collection groups” or agencies. DO NOT ALLOW “Ballot Harvesting” of YOUR VOTE.

By Voting IN PERSON at the polling place, or by Absentee Mail directly AT THE POST OFFICE LOBBY you are making sure that YOUR VOTE COUNTS!   ___________________________________________________________

If you VOTE as an UNDOCUMENTED WORKER or OUT-OF-STATUS IMMIGRANT or ALIEN, then you will RISK ALL potential future rights in becoming a U.S. CITIZEN.You RISK LOSING your residence and rights if you vote illegally.
