December 8th, 2020. Key American leaders were fighting critical legal and legislative battles on this day for truth and the rule of law to prevail in writing the history of the U.S. national election of November 3rd. History may show these as the days when the incumbent President Trump began to fight back against the fraud and the attempted political takeover of America by the opposing party. The supposed fiction of the massive fraud that occured during the November 2020 election in America was “falling apart at the seams” to use an old analogy, and truth began finding its way into the light. There was revealed countless stories, testimonials and video evidence of hundreds upon hundreds of outright voter fraud and potential criminal actions that occured all across America, before- during- and after the November 3rd election. Yet still it did not matter in the short term.
The evidence was almost a fantastic story, practically too incredible to describe, and yet it was all out there, plainly available to see and understand – if one would choose to look for it. All across the mainstream media there were stories upon stroies of the fraud, coupled with the censorship by the mainstream media that appeared in full swing. Most of the American populace were only hearing a little at a time about the extensive fraud that happened. People did not hear about these events of fraud on the major cable or nightly news networks, or in the daily news reports in mainstream internet media companies. Perhaps that will change eventually.
We live in America… this is a land where success historically comes to those taking personal action and personal responsibility. We should not sit idly by like children being spoon-fed our daily dose of propaganda from the fake-news media. We must embrace our national sovereignty, and embrace the personal responsibility we have as citizens in holding government accountable to the people. That is what America is about… “We the People…” and we must move forward with the premise that where corruption and fraud exists, only truth, light and justice shall prevail.

Every American should have a personal awareness for the major political events that happen in our nation. Unfortunately that is rarely the case, and in recent years most Americans are simply not involved or aware enough to understand beyond what the major news media portrays. Yet today, more than ever in recent history, we must encourage Americans to look beyond the daily news cycle and attempt to truly understand what has happened. It really is not difficult… people can find the stories and testimonials about the fraud at many conservative and objective internet sites. All of the fraud during the 2020 election was being shown as the evidence is compiled and slowly pushed through the legislatures and the court system in many different states.
Key Legal Challenges in the Courts:
The big news during the first week of December 2020 is that the State of Texas had filed suit with the U.S. Supreme Court against the key states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin for violating the U.S. Constitution. This will be a battle over the effects of changing election procedures and dates without legislative action, as well as the concurrent fraud, and how the U.S. Constitution may have been violated by such actions. Indications are that several other states will join in this lawsuit.
- Update: 12/12/2020: Last night on December 11th, the Supreme Court dismissed the Texas suit (that also brought 20 other U.S. states along) as not having standing, or the constitutionally legal basis for filing against the other states to be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case. Presumably it means that a majority of the Supreme Court Justices believed Texas had no legal right (under the Constitution as a direct filing to the Supreme Court) to question the elections processes of other states. Two justices (Hon C. Thomas, and Hon S. Alito) dissented however, and would have allowed the filing. This brings the question that many are asking: If a U.S. State cannot gain standing in the Federal Supreme Court while representing its own citizens, then who does have legal standing when a State sues another State directly? The legal scholars in America will debate this for years, and time will tell us soon enough what will happen. As of today there are still 4-5 pending court cases in GA, WI, MI, AZ and possibly NV that may be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. Rumor also indicates that additional court filings will occur soon. If one of these cases is successful in reaching and presenting the opportunity for argument or opinion, we may finally have some answers.
- Update: 12/9/2020: Within 24 hours of the State of Texas filing with the U.S. Supreme Court, the State of Missouri and 17 other states have joined in an Amicus brief to support the Texas filing. As of today we have 19 U.S. States’ Attorneys General bringing this action to the highest court of law in the United States. It will be incredible to watch and see which other states join in support or even opposition. We live in interesting times.
President Trump’s legal team had filed a new, separate lawsuit against the State of Georgia during the first week of December. Additionally, the State Supreme Courts of Arizona and Nevada have rejected Republican election challenges based on fraud, which will most likely be appealed. There were also at least two court cases that have been forwarded for appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court; the first from Pennsylvania and the second from Georgia. If the Supreme Court accepts the cases, that will be a very significant development for President Trump. There were many other separate but coincident cases moving through the courts, and several were hoped to reach the U.S. Supreme Court within a matter of days.
In a few key states such as Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia, court rulings had allowed limited forensic examination of vote tabulation computers. Yet most of the lawsuits initiated by President Trump’s legal team, and others, had faced very strong challenges. The problems they faced were that the judges made very limited rulings as if fraud did not make any difference to the outcome. Perhaps some judges were also ruling in a partisan manner. For the most part these rulings did not allow the evidence to be heard in the form of witness testimony and affidavits, with simple rulings that “there is not enough evidence” to consider widespread fraud.
In several courtrooms the judges were actually making rulings that stated, “The evidence of fraud is inadmissable and should be ignored, and so we rule that there is no fraud, because the evidence in insufficient.“ Judges were also ruling that “… it is too late, and the suit should have come sooner…” Those rulings were also hoped to make their way to higher courts, but most did not happen. Many court cases have already been dismissed by judges at the state and higher levels, however ultimately the key cases attempted to push their way through the system to the U.S. Supreme Court.
In addition to the court-room drama based on massive evidence of fraud, there was also hundreds of hours of live witness testimony in states like Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Those were the key states based on the electoral college votes for the Presidential election. However several states such as Nevada, Virginia, and North Carolina also saw widespread fraud and was “in play” in terms of various election suits and contests at the state and national level.
There wasalso a clear understanding that these efforts were an enormous uphill battle for President Trump’s team of attorneys and the state legislators trying to bring truth and clarity to what transpired. It was believed that there was still enough time for President Trump to contest and to reverse any state election results that had been certified while legal challenges were pending. These lawsuits were based on extreme fraud and could have reversed the election results at any time. Yet that was not to be in the end.
Fraud Continued to be Uncovered:
The descriptions of fraud were simply ovewhelming- and in early December 2020, there was more evidence and testimonials through witness statements and videos of additional fraud being reported such as:
- Election workers re-entering stacks of thousands of ballots not just once, but two and even three times over and over again.
- Election workers using hidden USB ‘thumb’ drives and uploading data into computer tabulation machines discreetly, then “palming” or sneaking the USB drive back into their pockets.
- Election workers directing poll watchers and “official staff” to leave the premises, only to later pull out bins of thousands of ballots from hidden locations to begin uploading them to the machines when no one else can see what they are doing.
- Mathematical and forensic analysis of voting machine computers, proving a “bias” of vote ratios favoring the Democrat candidate over the Republican candidate by a 1.2 to 0.8 percentage for every vote tabulated.
- Reports and witness statements that China printed and sent millions of fake printed ballots to the U.S. in various locations.
- Reports that China influenced U.S. officials through propaganda and financial payoffs in many different places before America’s election. Also that they manufactured the modems attached to the voting tabulation computers in many states, and may have had direct access to the voting computers. Security risk anyone?
With the above in mind, Americans continued to see the “uncovering” of the 2020 U.S. Election fraud that had taken place in many states and cities across the nation. It seemed very slow in terms of the daily news cycle, but in the context of decades of fraud, these short weeks after the election were a very short timeframe to understand what had happened.

The “Grand Plan” – Early December 2020: Where Does America Go From Here?
Many people have theorized that this is all going “according to a grand plan” by President Trump and many other patriotic Americans. Is that really believable? If so, then what type of plan? It is difficult to consider that reality when it appeared to most Americans that the nation was stumbling along seeking an answer to the post-election crisis.
Yet America was now aware of the fraud… and the evidence appeared to show that a majority of Americans voted overwhelmingly to re-elect President Trump. Can that be proved? He steeled himself and his loyalists with the necessary resolve to uphold the U.S. Constitution, to fight back against such fraud, and to do everything possible to uncover and reveal the truth in courts of law and as a public record in American history. Will that happen? It remains to be seen.
Then what happens if President Trump wins re-election? Perhaps the real story begins after the election, where those who have planned and committed such criminal fraud on the American people will be held to account for their actions. Most Americans would never have realized it was this bad and this deeply, sickeningly ingrained into the fabric of the democratic process itself. Revealing the total scale and amount of this “disease” is very, very important so that people will become educated and aware of how to stop and prevent it from happening in the future. This must not happen again- and we must learn from the events that have take place in order to once again believe in free and fair elections, and to believe in the American government itself. We are raising generations of children that must learn from these mistakes- there must be consequences to the criminal actions that have taken place.
We must restore democracy under the U.S. Constitution for every American to believe and know that their voice matters!
From the smallest election voting precinct in every city, and every little town, church, school and county building all across the wide expanse of America- our citizens must know and believe that their vote is a right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, and that it matters… that their vote will be counted… and that voting is indeed a sacred trust between government and the people.
The words above involve much to consider… are they mere words, and simple theories and speculation? It certainly presents itself as an interesting story for those who enjoy conspiracy fiction. Yet perhaps this was not conspiracy fiction at all- and the fraud did indeed occur on scale never before witnessed in America. Whether the remedy to that fraud will unfold and America will find a way to secure election integrity is a question that will remain unaswered for now. We pray that it will be answered in the future.

Coincident Challenges – The Pandemic and The Election:
Finally, there is another key aspect to the challenges we face in 2020. That of course is the underlying global Covid-19 pandemic and the challenges of dealing with disease, lockdowns and many government restrictions taking place. This actually presents other conspiracy theories, but we should consider the situation in a rational manner across the entire context of the election fraud combined with the ongoing pandemic.
When we look at these events together- the fraud and the pandemic – we begin to consider that the worldwide pandemic has been used politically as a method to force the citizens of many nations to be gripped with fear and “lockdown” paralysis. At least in America it has appeared that way in many different states.
Certainly we do not state or believe that Covid-19 is a false or fake virus in any way, because we have witnessed the sad and debilitating sickness that so many people have faced in their families and communities. The “China Virus” as some have called it, has affected countless thousands of lives in America, and millions across the world have perished fighting the effects of the disease. This was an unecessary global disease event that spread quickly in ways we could not have forecast. There are some who believe that the spread of the virus itself was a deliberate act, but that is a reach too far at this point without a great deal of further evidence.
At times people find a need to connect unrelated events together in order to alleviate fear, and they are unwilling to accept that some natural or man-induced events are simply part of their human experience. History itself reveals the reality of our human frailty however, and epidemics and disease have time and again ravaged millions of lives across the world in generations past.
What is not “conspiracy theory” however is that during the 2020 election year in America, the Covid-19 pandemic became “weaponized” and used politically as a tool in several ways. The fear of Covid-19 was used to keep people “locked down” and at home where possible, and it was also used to negatively influence the U.S. economy in 2020, fostering economic chaos as a seed of fear and dissatisfaction before the election even took place.
More importantly, the virus was used as a threat leading up to the 2020 election, where the fear of sickness provided a perfect backdrop for much of the “mail-in ballot” fraud that has taken place in the larger U.S. metropolitan areas. So many millions of ballots were printed and distributed across America that election officials lost count. Under the cover of the pandemic, many state and local governments were able to issue proclamations and decrees that changed, modified, delayed and ultimately enabled the attempted hiding of the ballot and voter fraud that has taken place.
Except… the fraud was conducted on such a massive scale, that the perpetrators have given themselves away through their sloppy and blatant efforts, and they were unable to sufficiently hide and cover the results of their behavior. It is always thus eventually… crime and fraud will be found out, the truth is coming into the light, and we may uncover what happened more and more in the years ahead.
The U.S. Supreme Court was in Key Focus:
Ultimately, the fate and future of the United States of America should have rested in the hands of the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.
The threat to America as a nation in terms of fraud and the rule of law was very real, as is the threat to the U.S. Constitution and the court itself. Many had believed the Supreme Court would recognize the risks and challenges to their own institutional viability. We believe the Court was essentially left with two pathways:

- If the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the evidence of fraud, they would allow America to fall to those who would fraud and corruption, in collaboration with foreign co-conspirators, and then the court will have at this time abandoned the U.S. Constitution and the rule off law. The court itself could then face the risk of being “packed” with additional justices as partisans who would then seize judicial power for decades to come.

- If the U.S. Supreme Court recognized the threats to America and the rule of law, they would move to restore justice and faith in the U.S. Constitution and the voices of millions of Americans who value free and fair elections. Their decisions could have ruled on the legality of the election in various states, and to support the challenges brought to their court. How that would occur is the question, yet by so doing they would be strengthening the future of America itself.
In early December 2020, many believed that the fate of our America would rest in the collective judgement and decision of the men and women of the U.S. Supreme Court. They had a choice to strengthen and dedicate this time in history as a way to restore faith and belief in our American form of representative government, as provided by the U.S. Constitution. They chose instead not to act. They chose instead not to participate in any way to help Americans work their way through the challenges of the 2020 election due to fraud.
Update: 12/21/2020: The events, or rather lack of events, of the last fourteen days since this article was written have provided little evidence or indication that the U.S. Supreme Court will act – in any affirmative way – upon the legal suits that have been brought to them, or any other lower court of the United States. Thus far they have indicated nothing – in that they are not choosing to act at all. Combined with the lower courts, they appear in essence to be “staying out of the fight” – and leaving the election challenges and the concomitant evidence of fraud as issues for the states, the state legislatures, and the United States Congress to resolve. The U.S. Supreme court has essentially dismissed various causes, or delayed them until such time as these proceedings would be irrelevant. There are a few, key legal suits that are yet pending and could be taken up by the Supreme Court, but this is looking doubtful based on the number of days remaining before electoral certification takes place on January 6th, 2021.
The closing resolution of the 2020 Election is most likely going to occur between now and January 6th, 2021 – either in part by some event that is not yet known, and/or coupled with the actual presenting of the electoral votes in the United States Senate on the day of January 6th, 2021. Depending upon what has taken place in the weeks prior, or will take place on that day (and possibly some days afterwards)- there may be an historic challenge or “fight for the presidency” based upon the qualification, and/or disqualification of electoral votes that are presented to the Vice President of the United States. That very day may devolve into joint sessions of Congress whereby voting will take place to accept or disqualify electoral votes, and ultimately resulting in a challenge and successful outcome for one party or the other. Depending upon the results of that day, and the days afterwards, there will be an outcome for either the Republican or Democrat candidate as the President of the United States, leading to inauguration on the 20th of January, 2021.
These are historic times for the United States of America.
Final Thoughts – Understanding Our History:
We must continue to have faith and believe that truth and justice will prevail here in America. It is our last, best hope for keeping faith with our fellow Americans, and for believing in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We must be able to have confidence and faith in a fair and honest election system. Our faith in America is written in the blood of our ancestors and forefathers. It is written in the lives of our veterans, families and friends, and all those who have given something to their country and their communities.
There are many words in American history that could be shared to help understand the current challenges. Few however could frame the challenges we face as well as the words below. While of course we do not face or advocate a physical civil war within the nation in any sense, we do indeed face a challenge of historic proportions in terms of the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution itself in the years ahead in America. Millions of Americans today, and generations of our children in decades to come are changed by the results of the 2020 election.
The words below, and especially the last paragraph, were spoken over the remains of thousands of soldiers slain on the battlefield of Gettysburg over 157 years ago. They are appropriate to America today in the sense that we must commit ourselves to the rule of law, and to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America on behalf of our children, and our children’s children long into our future. We must in increase our dedication and devotion to each other- to uphold the rights of our fellow citizens, and to reach with our hearts to the best among us a citizens of this great nation.
